Star of Strictly Come Dancing Pasha Kovalev is set to step onto a stage near you with children from a Telford dance school.

His brand new show Let’s Dance The Night Away comes to Theatre Severn at 7.30pm on Monday, April 17.

And it pays to book early – anyone buying their tickets before New Year’s Eve (December 31) will be invited to a Q&A session with Pasha before the show.

The former winner, who will be performing in this year’s Strictly Christmas Special on Christmas Day, arrived in the UK in 2011 as one of the professionals on the hit show.

He was partnered with actress Chelsee Healey that year and Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh the following, becoming runner up with both, before dancing with Countdown presenter Rachel Riley in 2013 and then finally winning the trophy in 2014 with television presenter Caroline Flack. He’s also scored more 10s than any other professional dancer since the series began.

In addition, Pasha has appeared on television numerous times for charity, including Sport Relief and Comic Relief, and starred in Kimberley Walsh’s music video for her song One Day I’ll Fly Away.

He’s previously toured the country with Life Through Dance and It’s All About You, and this time will be joined again by his spectacular dancers including special guest Anja Garnis (his professional dance partner) for the evening of live singing, dance, chatting and fun.

The production includes breathtaking choreography, sensational music and stunning costumes – plus special performances from the MD School of Performing Arts in Telford.

The children will take to the stage for six minutes in each half, an amazing experience for them to appear in the show with Pasha dancing with them, introducing them to the audience and chatting to them afterwards.

Visit the theatre’s website to book tickets costing between £24 and £26 or call the box office on 01743 281281.
