What's happening?

Here at J&PR almost all of us have children and so we are privileged to have experienced first hand many of the very best businesses in Shropshire providing activities, services and products for children.
We were therefore delighted to be a part of this year’s Businesses for Children Awards and proud sponsors of the New Business for Children and Young People award won by Activ8  – a great new business providing football and dance academies, after school clubs, children’s parties and activity clubs.
It was a fitting award for us to sponsor as, over the last five years, we have helped many new businesses grow and develop.
We have also worked with many new start-up businesses through our one-to-one mentoring sessions helping to build company profiles and reputation through the power of PR.
So well done Activ8.
The award ceremony itself was a great night, not just for us, but for all the businesses and sponsors involved.
We are very fortunate to have so many wonderful businesses here in Shropshire investing time, money and energy into children and young people.
Congratulations to all the winners and shortlisted businesses. The competition was fierce but for those who missed out, there will always be next year!
