An historic Shropshire hotel has launched a unique wedding deal which will run throughout 2018 to celebrate the year.
Family-owned Buckatree Hall Hotel, at the foot of the Wrekin, will give happy couples the chance to get married for just £2,018 throughout 2018.
Hotel Manager Wayne Jenson said it was a way of celebrating the year and giving couples the chance to have the best possible day they can afford.
He said: “We are always mindful that the cost of a wedding is increasing all the time and wages over the past few years have failed to keep pace with expenditure, so we want to try and help couples as best we can by giving them a real value-for-money wedding at a historic and picturesque location without compromising on the quality.
“This deal will achieve that goal and we are sure couples will find it an attractive option.”
Mr Jenson said the hotel last offered this deal in 2012 and couples have asked if it is returning a lot since.
Bosses were not planning on bringing it back but due to demand the offer, which has terms and conditions detailing what is included, is once again in place.
“It proved very successful last time, we had 30 couples get married,” he said
“People see it as a way to manage their costs but be very clear about having a fantastic wedding day experience.
“We will be maintaining our commitment to excellence while at the same time providing a special day at an attractive price.”
The offer includes a red carpet welcome, Bucks Fizz reception on arrival, a three course wedding breakfast including tea and coffee for 40 people and an evening buffet for 70 people, plus much more.
