Have you gone digital mad during the pandemic?

We’ve all gone a bit digital mad during the Coronavirus pandemic, haven’t we?

From attending Zoom quizzes and industry-based webinars to watching our very own Si host Tiny Towers concerts via Facebook Live every Saturday – we’ve relied heavily on being ‘virtually social’ over the past few months.

List virtual events for free

No matter which virtual event you’re hosting, Chitzo is offering businesses, charities, cafes, restaurants and venues the chance to list their virtual events for free as we continue through this pandemic.

Since the pandemic started Chitzo owner Richard Gwatkin has seen a boom in virtual listings after plenty of physical events were cancelled and/or postponed, proving just how heavily we rely on staying social even when we’re physically apart.

Chitzo was founded by Midlands-based Richard, who started the business with a commitment to enhancing peoples’ social lives and helping businesses thrive by giving them a dedicated platform to promote their goings-on – even during a global pandemic!

Helping businesses promote events

The business is very much community-based, with Richard saying that he hopes the platform can help local businesses promote their events to those near them so that they can continue to power through these difficult times.

Chitzo covers all of the UK and a variety of industries and events so no matter where you’re based or what you’re hosting, your event can be listed on Chitzo with ease.

As we begin to come out of lockdown and begin the new normal, many physical events are being rescheduled, such as our beloved annual shows, and Chitzo is dedicated to ensuring these events really take off.

Easy to use

The website is extremely easy to use (it’s true – if we can do it then so can you!) and you’re able to categorise your event as well as add dates, times, location, price and any other important information – and it doesn’t matter where in the UK you are or your event is.

Whether it’s a Zoom quiz night, a webinar, a virtual comedy evening or a Facebook live concert, Chitzo is allowing you to add your events completely free of charge to help your business get its events out there and to get people through the (virtual) door.
