Growing law firm appoints new solicitor

A Shropshire law firm is expanding its corporate and commercial team in recognition of the county’s growing business economy.

Edward Burrell has joined Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors, which has offices across Shropshire, as a specialist in the corporate and commercial team.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, Edward has particular expertise in transactional work, including buying and selling companies and employee share schemes. He also has significant experience in ownership transition, including with partnerships.
