Commercial estate with a £1.2m price tag has been snapped up in a matter of days

An established commercial estate with workshops, commercial business space and

offices which went on the market in Shropshire with an asking price in excess of

£1.2m, has gone under offer in under a week.

The Farriers, at Annscroft, near Shrewsbury, is currently arranged as 16 separate
