“Can we do a craft? Can we make something?” That’s pretty much all my four-year-old says at the moment. He is really into making anything and everything with whatever he can get his hands on. His current favourite creation is the Paw Patrol house made from a milk carton, kitchen roll and a lot of tissue paper.

And many of his ideas come from the CBeebies television show Mister Maker.

That’s why it’s so exciting for all pre-school children that Mister Maker is bringing his first ever live theatre tour to Shrewsbury’s Theatre Severn.

Mister Maker and the Shapes Live will be a fun-filled show for all mini-makers. There will be a big ‘make’ to take part in as well as lots of singing and dancing.

Phil Gallagher, aka Mister Maker said: “This is our first ever Mister Maker theatre tour in the UK and I am so excited!

“We’ll be singing, dancing and making some amazing arty creations. I can’t wait to share the fun with all my Mini-Makers so join me, Circle, Triangle, Square and Rectangle for a real arty adventure….and get ready to make some noise!”

Mister Maker has been delighting CBeebies viewers since 2007 and in 2009 was nominated for a Children’s BAFTA.

The show will take place on Saturday May 28 at 1.30pm and 4pm and Sunday May 29 at 10am and 1pm.

To book, call the box office on http://www.theatresevern.co.uk/shows/whatson or call 01748 281281.
