If you are wondering what to do this Sunday (20th May 2018), then look no further than the Sutton Farm Charity Open Gardens Trail in Shrewsbury.
People are invited to explore eight suburban gardens in the Sutton area of Shrewsbury from 11am to 4.30pm.
It looks like it will be a wonderful event and a chance to get some ideas for your own garden.
The garden trail is in support of the Shrewsbury-based end of life charity, Omega the national Association for End of Life Care, which supports family caregivers through and beyond their caring role.
Omega is the home of Chatterbox Action Against Loneliness, Crisis Support Programme and the Omega Motor Neurone Disease Family Support and Bereavement Programmes.
Activities during the event will include live music from the Shrewsbury Handbells and Seldom Scene Ensemble, advice from a master composter, a grand draw, teas, coffees and cakes, Dyson Design floral cards and crafts, plants and produce.
Entry to the Open Gradens Trail is by programme and costs £3 per person (children free), including a map and details of the gardens.
