The hospitality industry is such a broad category of fields within the service industry, from hotels, restaurants and bars to mobile food and drink services, event planning, theme parks, and transportation.
As an industry it deals with the public on a daily basis - which is why every hospitality business needs to be thinking about its public relations. From letting potential customers know about the business and what it offers to specific events and even how staff interact with customers.


So what do we do?
We work with a number of clients in the hospitality industry in a wide range of roles - from consultation to press officers at events.
As a company we are able to advise directors and managers on their public presence and their PR plan. We can then manage social platforms and monitor public reaction and see how that business is being received.
