Engaging with audiences
Reaching and engaging an audience can now be done not only in care press and magazines, TV and radio, but also on digital platforms.
Traditionally companies with target markets in an older age group have not thought of digital marketing as an integral part of a campaign. But with Facebook demographics showing that 62% of online seniors aged 65 plus are on the platform along with 72% between the ages of 50 and 64 those thoughts are changing.
Social platforms are an ideal place to share your knowledge and advice and information to show your expertise and the ‘personality’ of your business.
The use of video
Testimonials are extremely important in the care sector which makes case studies a top priority.
Our journalist team is able to undertake interviews with clients to create case studies and to create videos such as this one for CLCA Nursing.
