Centre for Integral Health
Taking the reins and delivering astounding change
Service: Social media management
Sector: Care
The brief
The Centre for Integral Health, run by Ben Calder, is based in Shrewsbury with offerings from a number of practitioners from yoga to counselling, massage, Reiki and more.
When they approached J&PR they already had a highly successful Facebook page with a high number of followers but felt that the content was not having the impact they really wanted and visitors were not heading through to the website and being converted into paying clients.
They asked J&PR to take on the running of the page, and plan content, with the aim of raising the number of visitors to the website and raising the rate of conversions.

The solution
As with all digital clients we took a good look at the page, and the insights, as well as the website analytics before formulating a plan that we felt would have the greatest impact.
We began with a back to basics campaign. The practitioners were experts in their fields and this showed when they shared information or spoke about their offerings - but we felt that many visitors to the page did not understand exactly what was being offered, and the difference it could make to them.
The campaign looked at the content and adapted how it was put together and shared as well as the target audience it was aimed at

The impact
We launched the campaign in March 2019 and a review of the first month showed reach on the page was up by 1.6k with 22 new page likes and an increase in engagement on the previous month of nearly 300.
We continued to monitor the reaction of the audience and the impact of the content and by May the reach and engagement had steadily increased.
But our brief was to increase the feed to the website...
In the six weeks leading up until the launch of our PR campaign 8% of the users came via social media to the Centre for Integral Health website, in the six weeks to the end of April that rose to 21% and that figure rose to 30% for the month of May.
Bookings of practitioners had risen and founder Ben was extremely pleased with the campaign and its achievements. As a result J&PR continued to work with the centre and our team provides social media management for the centre as well as advice and tips for each practitioner via a monthly marketing meeting.
