Mrs Smallman has made a significant contribution to Lawley Primary School over the past 6 years.

As a school governor she has provided positive support and contributed many ideas to our school improvement initiatives, her commitment to the role of governor adds strength to our initiatives to improve provision for all the pupils.

Mrs Smallman’s business background also brings an added dimension to our school because she has been so willing to generously share her experience and expertise, through talks on industry related topics and regularly ensures her  business links are used to enhance the curriculum for our pupils by identifying opportunities for extracurricular links.

Since the first lockdown in March 2020 the digital presence and reputation of a global brand like Jesmonite has never been so important; J≺ ensured our digital offering and communication changed according to the fast-changing situation.

The work of J≺ resulted in an increase of more than 6,000 unique monthly visitors to our website; this increase was achieved through organic activity with no use of advertising.
